Michael is the founder and CEO of Michael's Wellness Center Inc. and has operated his successful California based training centers and mobile fitness business for over 30+ years. Michael is advanced NASM Certified, Licensed and Degreed, Specializing in total body redevelopment. Michael's passion and desire is helping people from all walks of life and all levels of fitness, live an active independent, positively healthier life through proper health and wellness corrective exercise interventions. Michael has found and adapted into his wellness practice the sound and proven success formula of long term fitness and health.
Sheri grew up in Silver Spring Maryland, and attended Emerson College in Boston, majoring in musical theater. Sheri is a professional singer and former professional dancer who began studying dance at age 3, gymnastics at 8 and voice at 14. After moving to Tampa, Florida, she began studying Gyrotonic Extension System apparatus and floor stretching exercises (aka: Yoga for Dancers) under Luisa Meshekoff, a New York trained ballerina, which is now the foundation of her functional stretching techniques. Upon moving to California in April 2008, Sheri has furthered her studies of functional stretching and flexibility, foam rolling techniques, and she now teaches a unique blend of kickboxing and rhythmic movement each Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Sheri has a passion for helping others. She is also available for wellness education and helping people get access to high quality wholesale wellness products through a membership based online shopping club.
Lisa is a graduate of the U.A.V. massage therapist program. She enjoys introducing people to the power of touch through therapeutic massage. She served with Joni and Friends through family retreats, working with families with a handicapped or disabled member. Community gardens programs (growing food to eat) is one of her many interests. Lisa is a proud dog owner who participates with Ibizan hound, “cayenne” and Whippet puppy “Sparkle” in the dog sports of lure coursing, Barn Hunts and conformation. Her Dachsie “Pandemonium” is a therapy dog. Walking around her neighborhood, mountain hiking and beach walking is her sport of choice. Lisa shares Michael and Sheri's vision of wellness based on a five pillar approach: medical, spiritual, emotional, physical and nutritional. Jesus is at the center of all she does.
